This time, we're introducing SelVaggio's signature Ehomaki, made with an abundance of ingredients baked in a stone oven. 🔥

・Oven-baked vegetables (white onion, snow-buried carrot, lotus root, shiitake mushroom, rape blossoms)
・Pickled daikon radish with yuzu flavor
・Oven-baked Tamanami chicken
